Technical Details

Pressure Treated round pole timber.

The uprights are a sturdy 80mm diameter.

The top bar is 100mm diameter.

The hangers that hold the swings and other accessories are metal straps which completely encircle the top beam.

All swings have sturdy wooden cross braces which gives strength and enormously aids stability .

Swings have 100mm soft feel polyethylene ropes and heavy duty blow moulded seats.

Allow a 180cm safety perimeter.

Accordingly there is no drilling.

For domestic use.

Comes with good clear instructions for easy construction.

Maintenance

Softwood timber will fade to a pleasing silver tone in natural light. It is prefectly acceptable to leave it like this. You can stain your Play Centre any colour using a water based wood stain. (Follow manufacturers instructions). It is not uncommon for small splits to occur in the timber. These will normally go back when humidity rises. This is nature at work and is perfectly normal. It does not affect the strength and durability of your play centre.
